You control: You can deny microphone access, but voice note features will be unavailable.

3. 📍 Location Services (GPS)

How we use it:

Auto-detect when you arrive at job sites
Associate photos/notes with project locations
Smart project switching based on your location
Distance calculations to distributors and suppliers
Geofencing for project boundaries

            You control:
            GPS features are OPTIONAL and only enabled for contractors, reps, and subcontractors
Customers and distributors do NOT have location tracking
You can disable location services at any time in device settings

        

4. 📁 Photo Library/Storage

Why we need it: To save and access project photos and documents.

How we use it:

Save project photos to your device
Upload documents and images to projects
Export reports and documentation
Backup project media

You control: You can deny storage access, but you won't be able to save/upload media.

5. 🔔 Push Notifications

Why we need it: To keep you informed about project updates.

How we use it:

New messages from team members or customers
Document upload notifications
Voice note alerts
Project status updates

You control:

All notification types can be toggled ON/OFF in app settings
Turn off specific categories (messages, documents, voice notes, updates)
Perfect for high-volume contractors managing multiple projects

How we use it:

Team messaging and collaboration
Cloud storage for photos and documents
Push notifications delivery
